In winter, ski from the door down to the chairlift and later back to the door via one of the two ski slopes 100 meters from the apartment. Skiing close to the apartment possible 358 days of the year. In summer a vast array of outdoor sports are close. Marked hiking and mountain biking trails pass in front of the apartment. Tennis 1 km, golf 6 km, Kitzsteinhorn 40 km (3,029 meters by cable car, summer skiing), mountain bike park 34 km. The apartment features: a heated 15 meter indoor pool only for chalet guests; 57 square meters of interior space plus a private 27 square meter terrace to relax on and enjoy the fabulous unobstructed view of the 3,000 meter Hochkönig mountains; 1,000 square meters of lawn adjoining the terrace for the kids to play on while you watch from the terrace; table tennis table.
