The villa is only a 5 minute walk to one of the many beaches at mojacár many awarded the prestigious blue flag, also one of the best fish restaurants in the area, along with a good choice of bars and restaurants all within walking distance .
There is a bus service running along the playa and into the village (Pueblo) of Mojacár so a car is not always neccessary. Also accesible is the town of Vera and the nearby port of Garrucha with its long tradition of fishing where you can watch the boats unload their catch including the world famous Garrucha prawns.
