Villa Monella is an elegant villa with a private swimming-pool, terraces, and a garden on the top of hills near the town of Lucca. The house sleeps nine people and it’s 190 square meters large. It features Wi-Fi Internet connection, winter heating, and parking space. The villa is 4 km (about 2.5 miles) away from the historical center of Lucca. There are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two bathrooms, a living-room, a dining-room, and a kitchen. The owners reside on the premises, in a separate apartment. They take care of the grounds and of the pool, and will be discreetly available to give you tips and advice, if requested. Villa Monella is a white modern four-storey house with a terrace on each floor. It’s located on a mildly sloping land. It’s surrounded by a fenced-in garden reached once through a beautiful wrought-iron gate. In front and around the villa you will see a wide stretch of green and sun-drenched lawn.
