The villa has a private 14m x 7m infinity pool with large terraces. Around the villa are open and covered terraces with outside dining furniture, seating, table tennis and a large gas Weber BBQ. The plot is 4 acres with palm, pine trees, pistachio bushes and lawns around the terraces to the pool. From the pool you can see for over 20km to the mountains. The local port of Colonia Sant Jordi (4km) has a string of attractive beaches. Ses Salines (2km) has good restaurants including Manola, famous fish restaurant. The vibrant city of Palma is 42km (35mins). Bicycles can be hired locally and sport and water activities can be found in Cala D`Or which is 20 mins away. The villa is perfect for a family holiday in a peaceful country setting with everything needed nearby.
