This 15th century farm house is in a great location within 15mns drive to the dual carriageway to Florence and Siena, ideal to reach San Gimignano and any other Tuscan highlights within reasonable distance. Previous guests stretched their exploring to Pisa and Lucca only 1hr away. Within 10mns drive there is San Casciano Val di Pesa, the nearest pretty hamlet with a great choice of restaurants and a pedestrian centre full of artisan shops. There are innumerable activities on offer in the area, ranging from wine tasting to horse riding and golf.
The villa boasts a manicured and large garden with a 17m x7m private pool. The two buildings that form the house (one is not in use) were impeccably restored. Interiors are a mixture of tradition, with exposed beams and cotto floors and more modern amenities including TV, telephone, microwave, freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, laundry room (washing machine), baby-bed.
