Set in the beautiful Austrian Mur Valley, this cottage offers an ideal holiday for anyone who loves skiing, walking, cycling, fishing, golfing, horse riding, or simply relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. South facing, it has the sun on the front of the house all day long. Recently modernised there is a lovely fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, and modern bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a fitted washer in the bathroom. There is a grassed area at the front of the property with a play area for children with swings and a slide, also plenty of room for parking cars. The property is situated beside a cycle path which is the longest in Europe at 300km. Access to the house is via the cycle path so the only people passing the house will be cyclists and walkers. The upstairs part of the property has been recently fitted out with 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds in each. There is a railway line which passes the house and stops at the ski resort of Kreischberg.
