Ground Floor
The property is traditionally furnished and decorated throughout with natural wood, clean white walls and smooth, tiled floors which help to keep the property cool during the daytime sun.
As you enter the property into the living room, there is a small cloakroom immediately on your right and a door through to the kitchen on your left. The villa has a light and cosy open-plan central living area where two soft armchairs and a coffee table sit in front of the large open fireplace. Stairs lead up to a central raised dining room where there is a table and six chairs, as well as an attractive grandfather clock. To the other side of the living room is a sofa, armchairs and cabinet with a TV and DVD player. Patio doors open from the centre of the living room to the sun-drenched pool terrace.
From the living room, a door opens to the well-equipped, large kitchen which also has its own exit out to the sun-terrace. This modern kitchen is fitted with rows of traditional wooden units and a fresh white worktop. In the centre is a breakfast table and four chairs and there is a stainless steel sink beneath a sunny window. The kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and hob/oven.
A few small steps lead through an archway to Vivenda Mamacri`s three bedrooms; all with their own en-suite tiled shower rooms complete with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. The master bedroom has an ornate wooden double bed, large chest of drawers and wall mirror. In addition, it has its own set of French doors leading out to a small balcony, with steps down to the pool terrace. The second double bedroom is similarly furnished and the third bedroom has twin beds and a long wall of fitted wooden wardrobes.
Outside
The villa is enclosed within a beautiful garden, with a large expanse of lawn to the side of the house, and mature trees and hedges which seclude the garden. From the terrace there are beautiful views across the Portuguese countryside and the surrounding groves full of fruit-laden orange trees. As well as the large private pool, the terrace houses a built-in-barbecue and an outdoor shower - handy for washing off the sand when you return from the beach.
Stairs lead up from the front entrance of the villa to a roof terrace above, where the lovely views can be seen in even greater detail. A nice place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the golden sunset.

Location
Vivenda Mamacri is located in a peaceful semi-rural area on the outskirts of Olhos D`Agua. Orange groves and white-washed villas are dotted around the countryside that stretches down towards the beaches, shops and restaurants (the nearest are only 700m away).
Olhos D`Agua means the `eyes of the water` named after the fresh water springs that bubble up beneath the water (can be seen amongst the rocks at low tide). This fishing village has become a popular holiday location but is not over crowded and still contains much charm and tradition. The main street runs down the hillside to the beach, and along the side streets you`ll find many restaurants, often specialising in fresh seafood and fish.
The wide stretch of sandy beach (1,5km) is still used by the local fisherman to launch their colourful boats each day but is also well-equipped to provide for the sun-worshippers, with a promenade that was completed in 2000, containing toilets and showers. There are plenty of rock pools and small coves to explore along the edges of the sandy beach. Whilst there is parking near the beach, the one-way system can become jammed in high season and walking may be far less effort.
Many of the surrounding beaches have water sports on offer throughout the summer, and there are plenty of golf courses, tennis courts and horse riding facilities found all around the Algarve. The nearest golf course is Pine Cliffs; a 9-hole course set in a pine wood at the edge of spectacular cliffs, about 3km away.
The centre of Albufeira is just 5km away; a sprawling town with plenty to see and something to suit everyone. During the day you can enjoy the sandy stre
