The house is a townhouse, built on three levels and was completed in 2005. On the ground (pavement level) there is a double garage with electric door. On the first level is an open plan seating and dining area with an open beamed ceiling. There is comfortable seating for 6. In the seating area there is an open fire/stove that burns logs. The kitchen is separated from the dining area with a breakfast bar and is fully equipped - oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer etc. There is also a cloakroom and toilet at this level. In addition, the balcony can be accessed from the lounge. The large balcony has garden furniture and a barbecue, is south facing and magnificent views of the village and mountains - see main photo.
On the next level are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and full en-suite with both bath and shower. The other bedrooms are twin rooms and access the shower room/toilet.
On the upper level is a huge attic with double bed settee.
