Aphrodite Hills is located on the coastal road between Paphos and Pissouri. A road leads you through the resort, curving around a spectacular ravine and golf course. The villa is located down a quiet avenue, with beautiful, landscaped surroundings.

Opening the front door, you step into the smart entrance hall. On the right is an inviting living and dining area, beautifully furnished and thoroughly equipped. Here you will find a large TV and DVD player – perfect for when it’s time to come in from the sun for a while. Two sets of French windows lead out to the terrace, which overlooks the pool and out across the picturesque resort.

On the other side of the living area is a large dining table to seat ten. From here, a doorway leads to the kitchen, styled in modern beech and marble. Fully equipped, the kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is in a separate utility room off the main hallway.

Two bedrooms are located down the hallway. Both are comfortable twin rooms with quality furnishings. Egyptian-cotton bed linen is supplied as standard. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. The other has use of the adjacent ground-floor bathroom.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The spacious master double has a large walk-in wardrobe, and a full en suite bathroom with twin washbasins. French windows lead out to a private balcony from where you can look out over the fairways and mountains. The remaining double bedroom and twin bedroom are comfortably furnished, and each has en-suite bathroom. Fantastic views can be enjoyed from all the first-floor bedrooms.

From the living room, the patio doors lead out to a spacious terrace, with stunning ocean views. The terrace has plenty of comfortable garden furniture and a barbeque, perfect for leisurely suppers cooked fresh on the sizzling grill. Steps lead down to the sunny pool terrace which offers plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Beyond the pool terrace is a large, lawned garden. Dappled with the shade of flowering shrubs, the gardens make a great place for the children to play – or for you to relax with a good book.

Villa Dione is located in the exclusive and luxurious Aphrodite Hills 5* resort, between Paphos and Pissouri. However car hire is highly recommended as the villas are mainly located on one of the 2 plateaux separated by a ravine.
