Ground Floor
The front door opens to an entrance hall. On the right is the open-plan living and dining room. Beautifully furnished, the living area has comfortable sofas arranged around a coffee table and soft rug in front of the fireplace. From here, patio doors slide open to the pool terrace, offering lovely views of the pool and garden. With TV and DVD player, the living room is the perfect place to enjoy a cool siesta, or gather as a family in the evening.
On the other side of the room is the dining area, with a wooden dining table to seat six. The sunny kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. Fully equipped, and thoroughly modern, the kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and CD player. The washing machine can be found in a separate utility room.
Across the hallway is the downstairs bedroom, with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom. Egyptian cotton bed linen is supplied as standard. The bedroom looks out over the gardens, and natural daylight pours in through French windows.
Upper Floor
Upstairs are a double bedroom and a twin room. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a private balcony with mountain views – an inviting spot to enjoy that first cup of morning coffee. The remaining twin bedroom also has fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Outside
The patio doors lead you to a spacious terrace, with fantastic views across the fairways to the mountains behind. The terrace has plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque - perfect for leisurely suppers cooked fresh on the sizzling grill. Steps lead down to the sunny pool terrace, where there is plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Beyond the pool terrace is a grassy lawn dappled with shade from flowering shrubs. Surrounded by trees that shelter and shade, the lawn is a great place for the children to play – or for you to relax with a good book.
