General Description
Mountain Maison is a large, recently renovated farmhouse built into the hillside on the edge of the traditional alpine village of Landry, and part of the Paradiski resort. The farmhouse sleeps large groups up to 25, and has 9 ensuite bedrooms, two large sitting rooms (both with log stoves), a spacious dining room and modern well-equipped kitchen, a sauna, and lots of outside space. It`s just a short drive of the lifts in both Peisey-Vallandry and Montchavin-Les Coches, or the Arc 1600 funicular. The free ski shuttle bus stop is 100m. For ski safaris, Ste Foy, Tignes Val d`Isere and the Three Valleys are within 20-60 mins drive. It`s in a great spot for walking and mountain biking too. There`s a beautiful cycle path along the river just 1km from the house, a white water rafting centre and lovely river side cafe. The GR5, a long distance footpath, passes opposite the house, and there a lots of walks and cycle rides straight from the door.
