There are three double beds, 4 single beds and a baby bed. The villa is built on 4775 acres and is surrounded by a nice green lawn, completely fenced and also features lots of olive trees. There is a private above ground swimming pool, 6 meters diameter and 1,35cm height, a ping pong table and a basketball court behind the house and lots of flowers around the house. From the terrace with luxurious furniture you have a stunning view of the sea and the rest of the island. The villa is at walking distance from the village Politika with shops and restaurants (about 10 minutes).

The local beach of Politika is about three minutes by car and is pebbled with crystal clear water and there are many tavernas and cafeteria`s. Politika is a quiet typical Greek village for a relaxing vacation, for more action and night life there is the capital of Evia, Chalkida at about twenty minutes by car
