General Description

It is situated in the heart of Banyuls sur Mer, five minutes from the shops, beach, marina and excellent beachside bars and restaurants.
The apartment has one large double bedroom,walk in shower and separate toilet. A well equiped kitchen area with electric hob and oven, a fridge freezer and washing machine. The large bright lounge/ diner with its double sofa bed, TV and DVD player leads on to the terrace where there is an outside table and chairs to relax and enjoy the most magnificent views of the mountains to one side and Banyuls centre and the sea on the other.
The daytime can be relaxing, reading by the pool or beach or for the more energetic leisure may be mountain walks,canoeing, snorkelling or diving. The evenings can be enjoyed with varied outside entertainment of singing and dancing in the square.
