Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, this gorgeous beach-house is a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday. The long Arenal Beach is located just across the street from the complex, so you can enjoy the view of the blue waters and white sands. The mountains, sea and beach make a gorgeous setting for a perfect holiday. There also is a community garden with swimming pool.
On the basement level there is a garage with direct access to the house. On the ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen, a lavatory and a spacious living/dining room with sofa bed for 2 persons and direct access to the spacious garden with garden furniture. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has 1 double bed and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The other bedrooms have two single beds.
