WELCOME TO OUR HOME. Our fully renovated beachfront apartment, built in the 17th century, is located in the center of the Vieille Ville, the vibrant, historical, Medieval district of Menton. Our street, once a Roman road called the Via Aurelia, has developed over the millennia into the Rue Longue. Paved in stones, with walls painted in Mimosa yellows, Siennas, Ochers and Tuscan reds it is yours for the duration. We are one flight up. A large living room with a 16 foot high frescoed ceiling is the apartment’s richest feature. Three large 5 foot tall windows allow magnificent , unencumbered views of the Mediterranean sea and mountains all the way to Bordighera and San Remo in Italy. We can be on the beach in two minutes. From these same windows you can see your safely parked car. In March the air is so clear that the island of Corsica can often be seen on the horizon.
