The converted barn has a large reception room on the ground floor, with sitting, dining and kitchen areas. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. One bedroom is a large double, one a good-sized twin, with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard as well as views over the pool and garden, and the third is a compact single. The house is comfortably furnished in modern style. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. There is a TV and video in the sitting area and wi-fi broadband throughout.
There are two outside areas: one is a large garden with gated pool, family dining area under a vine-covered pergola, gravel drive and garage; the other is a shaded inner courtyard. Outdoor furniture includes large teak tables with chairs and benches, teak sunloungers, deckchairs, occasional tables and parasols. There is a charcoal barbecue in the garage. The pool is salt-regulated and available from April to October.
