Perched on the quiet hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the villa is located between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, above the village of Les Issambres. The four bedroom villa comfortably sleeps eight people and contains a modern kitchen fully equipped. The house and the veranda are facing south and are very sunny. You can enjoy your meals in the outside summer dining room looking at the sea and the swimming pool. The living room is largely opened on the veranda with sliding french windows. It is air-conditionned. 2 Bedrooms have a double bed, the third has twin beds. The fourth bedroom (available on request) has twin beds, too.The large swimming pool has wide steps at one end making access easy and a deck for sunbathing with lounge chairs. Pool has the latest safety devices (electric cover). There is parking for two cars within the property which is surrounded by a fence. Leaving your new summer home you can enjoy sunbathing at large sand beaches or little creeks or go shopping nearby.
